About Elizabeth Terminal
Elizabeth Terminal is served by both Condor Ferries and Manches Iles Express.
The Terminal operates year-round passenger and car ferry services, offering a range of services and facilities available to both departing and arriving passengers.
Opening hours
Elizabeth Terminal is open when there are sailings:
- from 6am to 10pm from April to October
- 6am to 9pm from November to March
These timings are flexible as it will remain open until the last passenger vessel has departed.
Food and drink
The Shipyard will be open two hours before the departure of high speed passenger ferries only. This is a grab and go service, operated by Café Ubé, our food and beverage franchise partner, part of JPRestaurants.
Ferry and tour operators
Condor Ferries operates regular passenger and car ferry services to the following destinations:
- Guernsey
- Poole
- Portsmouth
- St Malo
Manches Iles Express operates from Elizabeth Terminal, operating passenger only services to:
- Granville
- Carteret
- Sark
- Guernsey
Departing from Elizabeth Terminal
Foot passengers
Foot passengers must check-in no later than 45 minutes before the scheduled sailing. Once you’ve received your boarding cards, you should wait in the main hall until you’re called though to security.
Car passengers
Car passengers must check-in no later than one hour before the scheduled sailing. Once you’ve received your boarding cards, you’ll be directed to a lane.
Approximately 40 minutes before departure, cars will go through security.
Arriving in Jersey
On arrival in the terminal building, passengers from Saint Malo will be required to clear immigration. UK passengers and cleared international passengers will then proceed into the baggage reclaim / arrivals hall.
