Opening hours

Elizabeth Terminal is open from 6am until the last passenger vessel has departed.

Departing from Elizabeth Terminal

Foot passengers

Foot passengers must check-in no later than 45 minutes before the scheduled sailing. Once you’ve received your boarding cards, you should wait in the main hall until you’re called though to security.

Car passengers

Car passengers must check-in no later than one hour before the scheduled sailing. Once you’ve received your boarding cards, you’ll be directed to a lane.

Approximately 40 minutes before departure, cars will go through security.

Arriving in Jersey

On arrival in the terminal building, passengers from Saint Malo will be required to clear immigration. UK passengers and cleared international passengers will then proceed into the baggage reclaim and arrivals hall.

Shelters are located both at check-in and after security before you get on the ferry.

 

Hidden Disability Sunflower scheme

We are a corporate member of the Hidden Disability Sunflower scheme.
You can use your Sunflower lanyards, Sunflower Card or a digital version of the Sunflower Card to communicate to our staff if you may need additional support or understanding. Our staff have been trained to recognise all formats of the Sunflower scheme.

Global Blue – Tax Free shopping

Visitors can claim back Good and Services Tax (GST) using the self-service Global Blue kiosks. The kiosks are located before security in the Terminal

You will need your Global Blue Tax Free form and your passport.

Dogs

Guide and hearing assistance dogs are allowed in the Terminal. All other dogs must travel in a container if you’re a foot passenger or in your car if you’re travelling by vehicle. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.

If you feel unwell or injure yourself, please approach a member of staff who will call for assistance.

WiFi

Complimentary Wi-Fi access is provided. To use, select ‘Ports of Jersey Public Wi-Fi’ from the list of available options.

Smoking

In accordance with the smoking policy in all public buildings and workplaces, smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes, is not permitted anywhere inside the terminals and only in designated areas outside the buildings.
