2026 tariffs
Our 2026 tariffs are now available. For 2026, the regulated fee increase is 4.6%, made up of the September RPI figure of 2.8% plus the 1.8% uplift already set by the JCRA.
It’s important to stress that commercial fishers remain fully protected. Their mooring fees continue to be frozen at 2022 levels, with no increases applied.
Other exemptions also remain in place where pre-existing contractual or property agreements apply, and Airport parking fees continue to be unchanged.
This year’s adjustment supports our long-term programme of investment across the Harbour and Airport. All revenue generated is reinvested directly back into Jersey’s critical infrastructure to ensure reliability, safety and resilience for the Island.

Waiting lists
We are currently experiencing a high demand for the berthing of larger boats in our marinas and as a result, have set up a waiting list option.
If you’re thinking about buying a boat or mooring your craft in one of the marinas or outer harbours, you will need to complete a waiting list application form and return it to Jersey Marinas, New North Quay, St Helier JE2 3ND, indicating which marina you wish to be considered for. You can pay by enclosing a cheque for each requested berth, made payable to ‘Ports of Jersey’, or contact the Marine Leisure office to pay by card, cash or bank transfer.

The waiting lists for harbours are size and location specific. Size ranges are as follows:
- under 6 metres
- 6 – 8 metres
- 8 – 10 metres
- 10 – 12 metres
- 13 metres
- 14 metres
- 15 metres
- 16 – 20 metres
The length of the wait time depends on which area you are considering and which list you place your name on, but as a guide berths of between 15 and 20 metres in Elizabeth Marina can take up to two years before they can become available. In La Collette and St Helier Marina, these times are substantially longer.
