Terms and conditions for gift vouchers
Validity
The Shell Accommodation vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase for the amount specified, for new bookings only.
Vouchers are only valid when booked online at ports.je or theshells.je
Vouchers can only be used to purchase a stay at The Shells.
Gift Vouchers are available at the Jersey Marina Office.
Minimum stay requirements
There are minimum stay requirements for different booking periods throughout the year. One night stays are available during low season, up to three night minimum stay in high season. This applies to all vouchers including the ‘one night stay’ vouchers.
Making a booking with a gift voucher
Gift voucher bookings must be made in advance online and are subject to availability and our standard terms and conditions.
Bookings can be made online at The Shells
At time of booking, vouchers must be specified as the method of payment, by quoting the voucher reference. If a booking requires payment for more than the voucher amount, this must be paid at the same time as booking.
If a booking requires payment for less than the voucher amount, the remaining credit will remain on the voucher and must be used prior to the expiry date.
Refunds and cancellations
Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, either fully or in part for cash of any amount.
Cancellations of bookings made using gift vouchers can only be made in line with our terms and conditions of bookings.
Lost or Stolen Vouchers are the responsibility of the customer and any vouchers either lost or stolen cannot be replaced.
