Community Boost
Being part of our island community is crucial at Ports of Jersey. We have a responsibility to the environment, our community, customers, partners, and our employees. We believe that the best way we can help build the future that Jersey deserves is by taking a leading role in developing a sustainable future and having a positive impact within our community, while empowering and encouraging our own staff.
Community Boost from Ports of Jersey is a new initiative that will give local charities the opportunity to apply for funding for projects that support the Island community or environment.
We are looking for projects that support our key business values and initiatives:
- Digital innovation for sustainability and community value
- Sustainability, biodiversity and preservation of our local environment
- Diversity, Equity and inclusion, wellbeing and education (STEM)
There will be three rounds of funding each year focused on the following themes.

Applications can only be received from a charity registered with the Jersey Charities Commission and must be based in Jersey to bring positive benefits to Islanders.
