Jersey Airport Customer Satisfaction Survey

'Your Views Count' was first launched at Jersey Airport in spring 2013 as a means of engaging more proactively with our departing customers.

The survey results are important to us as we use them to evaluate the level of services and facilities we and our business partners at Jersey Airport provide, and where necessary, developing appropriate programmes to enhance a passenger's future journey experience with us.

Below is the quarterly table of overall % satisfaction results to date. The survey was not undertaken between October 2015 and March 2016 due to a redesign and an additional question to the customer's 'arrival experience' at Jersey Airport was subsequently introduced in 2016.

Jersey Marinas Boat Owners Survey

The 28-question survey, which is distributed online to every locally registered boat owner, was first launched in 2014 and since then response levels have continued to increase. For example, in 2017 in excess of 400 completed surveys were received. As a direct result of feedback and comments, a number of positive changes and enhancements to the services and facilities it provides have been made by Jersey Marinas. These include:

  • Clearer signage in and around the marinas, which is more friendly and welcoming, including an increase in the level of information available to French visitors;
  • Daily key code entry onto the pontoons allowing customer greater ease to access facilities;
  • Overnight access to toilet and shower facilities, especially useful for customer arriving late evening and/or departing early morning;
  • Increase in staff presence on and around the marina pontoons and dories to assist customers in berthing their boats.
